Terms and Conditions - Dida Club Subscriptions

The following describes the terms and conditions regarding the acquisition of one or more of our Dida Club subscriptions for 3rd grade.

 

SUBSCRIPTION # 1: Bimonthly INVESTMENT

Dida Club® subscriptions for 3rd Grade Primary are designed to cover the entire school year for the current year. Based on the SEP educational calendar, between 30 and 36 weeks of a regular school year are considered, so the subscription has a scope of 10 months (including vacation weeks). The 5 didactic packages are sent bimonthly so that the user has the necessary material and enjoys the contents of the Dida Club® educational platform aligned with the expected learning, classes and activities of the Mathematics subject according to the 2011 Study Plan of Basic Education promoted by the Ministry of Public Education (SEP).

 

The promotion of "In Your Second Payment We Give You a Month" consists of the following: Once the client has acquired the subscription of "Bimonthly Investment" and the first two-month period has elapsed, the second two-month period will be fully charged. However, the company agrees to return half the amount collected in cash or in kind. Said choice will be agreed with the client once the collection of his second bimonthly payment has been made. This promotion applies only for the 2021 - 2022 school year and for the second two-month period of the mentioned school year.  

 

The duration of the subscription with the name "Bimonthly Investment" is 2 months (calendar) from the contracted moment. When contracting the subscription, your first package will be sent to you within the following 5 business days from receiving the payment receipt and / or verifying in our payment system. On the other hand, you will have access to the Dida Club® educational platform in a maximum of 24 hours (during business days) from when you made your purchase.  

 

Once the two months after your first payment have elapsed, and the next payment of any subscription plan has not been made and / or it has not been possible to collect the direct debit payment, access to the contents of the didaclub educational platform will be blocked. runebit.com.mx, also will no longer receive the following educational packages according to the schedule of the school year. In the event that the client does not renew his subscription within the period of 61 calendar days, his account will be canceled and in case of seeking a renewal, the initial price with which he contracted will not be respected (this in the event that there is an increase prices in the subscription during the 61 calendar days after your account is blocked due to non-payment).   


 

SUBSCRIPTION # 2- INVESTMENT BY HALF SCHOOL CYCLE

Dida Club® subscriptions for 3rd Grade Primary are designed to cover the entire school year for the current year. Based on the SEP educational calendar, between 30 and 36 weeks of a regular school year are considered, so the subscription has a scope of 10 months (including vacation weeks). The 5 didactic packages are sent bimonthly so that the user has the necessary material and enjoys the contents of the Dida Club® educational platform aligned with the expected learning, classes and activities of the Mathematics subject according to the 2011 Study Plan of Basic Education promoted by the Ministry of Public Education (SEP).

 

The duration of the subscription with the name "Investment for 1/2 School Cycle" is 5 months (calendar) from the moment contracted. Once the school cycle of the current year has elapsed, and the next payment of any subscription plan is not made, access to the educational platform didaclub.runebit.com.mx will be blocked, and you will no longer receive the following educational packages according to the schedule of the school year. In the event that the client does not renew his subscription within the period of 61 calendar days, his account will be canceled and in case of seeking a renewal, the initial price with which he contracted will not be respected (this in the event that there is an increase prices in the subscription during the 61 calendar days after your account is blocked due to non-payment).

 

ACQUISITION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION DURING THE COURSE OF THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR

 

In the event that the client acquires any of the 3 subscriptions after having started the school year, the didactic materials corresponding to the current month in which the subscription was acquired will be sent. However, your subscription gives you the right to have access to the contents from the first two months. See below the calendar of the materials that will be sent throughout this school year.

 

Bimester No. 1 - Sending of material the first 5 days of the month of September: mathematical counter with 4 posts and 100 plastic tokens.

Bimester No. 2 - Sending of material the first 5 days of the month of November: 4 didalojes with cards of hours and minutes, 1 school base 10 cube and 1 Pythagorean table.

Bimester No. 3 - Shipment of material the first 5 days of the month of January: common circular fractions, 1 ring of common fraction and 68 geometric figures. 

Bimester No. 4 - Shipment of material the first 5 days of the month of March: 1 quadrangular prism, 1 quadrangular pyramid, 1 cylinder and 10 multiplication wheels.

Bimester No. 5 - Sending of material the first 5 days of the month of May: 1 set of geometric lines and 1 set of dotted dominoes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DIDA CLUB SUBSCRIPTIONS

Below we inform you about the commercial policies when acquiring one or more of our Dida Club® subscriptions promoted through any of our portals, sales channels and distributors owned by Grupo Integral Monarka SA de CV

 

PAYMENT METHODS

The forms of payment for any of our Dida Club® products and / or services are as follows: cash (deposit in account and / or OXXO), bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards, direct debit, checks with deposit in favor of the beneficiary's account: Grupo Integral Monarka SA de CV

 

TERMS OF SALE

The subscription price includes the Value Added Tax (VAT); 

Guarantee of 15 calendar days against any manufacturing defect, the guarantee will not be valid once the didactic material has been manipulated / played; 

Time of delivery of the didactic packages bimonthly, within the first 5 days of the beginning of the corresponding month;

Grupo Integral Monarka SA de CV undertakes to deliver the packages to the address entered and is not responsible for errors made by customers regarding their address;

In case you require an invoice, please send your proof of payment and your fiscal data to elizacastro@didaplastic.com to generate your invoice;

Subscription prices may change without prior notice, however, for customers who contracted their subscription before the price change, the price at which they started their subscription will be respected in perpetuity (as long as they renew their subscription in a period of time). maximum of 60 calendar days from

The company Grupo Integral Monarka SA de CV is responsible for charging the subscription exclusively during the current school year. Once the school year has concluded, we will contact the client to request authorization to renew the subscription for the next school year.

All designs, content, logos and digital resources (video, audio, PDF, etc.) are the property of Didaplastic® and, as the case may be, Dida Club®; as well as others shown on landing page such as Pleggies®, Conecta con Tus Hijos®, Didaeconomic® and Izel®.
